Welcome to the counter

Everything you need to know to give our customers their stamps. It takes two minutes.

  1. Scan the card

    The customer opens their card in Wallet. Tap "Scan" and point at the QR code. It works even without internet.

  2. Add a stamp

    Check the first name on screen, then tap "Add a stamp". One stamp per visit.

  3. Redeem a reward

    When a reward is ready, tap "Redeem the reward". You need an internet connection.

  4. A mistake? Cancel within 2 minutes

    Your latest actions are at the bottom of the screen. After 2 minutes, ask the owner to correct it.

Your PIN

  • It's yours alone. Never share it, not even with a coworker.
  • Every stamp is recorded under your name.
  • After your PIN, the screen shows your first name. Not yours? Go back to the PIN and start over.
  • After 5 wrong PINs, it locks. The owner unlocks it.
  • Forgot it? The owner gives you a new one, which you'll see at your next sign-in.
