- Your members' language
- English: your plaques, cards and emails are in English. Set by OVITAL when your business was created: your plaques are printed in this language. Changing it means new plaques; write to us at contact@ovitalmedia.com.
- App language
- To use the app in French, open it on fidelite.ovitalmedia.com. You sign in there once, with the same email and password.Open in French

Notifications
On this phone, once the app is installed.
- Monday morning.
- For example, your 100th member.
- When a reward is redeemed twice at the same time.
On iPhone, notifications work once the app is added to the home screen: in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
