What we collect

- To send your card again if you change phones.
- To mark your birthday, if you gave it to us.
- To email you offers, only if you agreed to it.
- To give Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Les Délices de Sainte-Marthe-du-Cap overall statistics (number of visits, for example), with no names.
How long
Your card and your history are deleted automatically after 24 months with no activity. We write to you 30 days before.
You can delete your card at any time from the back of the card ("Delete my card"). Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Les Délices de Sainte-Marthe-du-Cap can also delete it at your request.
The totals kept afterwards contain nothing that identifies you.

Emails and lock-screen messages
You receive offers by email only if you ticked the box when you signed up. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and your card keeps working.
Emails about your card (welcome, the link to change phones, the notice before deletion) are sent even without that subscription.
Lock-screen messages are part of the card you added. To stop them, turn off the card's notifications in Wallet.
What we don't do
Your information is never sold. These pages use no advertising tracker and no visitor statistics tool.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, have it corrected, withdraw a consent or have it deleted.
